Privacypolicy

When you buy something. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details and shares limited order information with us, such as your email address, the item purchased, the amount, and the status of the payment. We never see or store your full card number.

When you join the waitlist. We store the email address you submit, the date you submitted it, and which page it came from.

When you email us. We receive whatever you choose to include in your message, such as your name, email address, and order details.

Technical information. Our hosting and backend providers keep standard server logs (for example, IP address, browser type, and pages requested) and use cookies or similar storage that are necessary to keep the site and checkout working.

To deliver your purchase and download access, to answer your questions, to keep records of orders, to protect against fraud and abuse, and — if you joined the waitlist — to contact you about the Soul Circle when it opens.

Stripe processes payments on our behalf and handles your payment information under its own privacy policy and security standards.

This website and its database and file storage are hosted through Lovable and Supabase. Those providers process data on our behalf so the site, the shop, and your downloads can function.

We use only what is needed for the site and checkout to work properly, plus standard technical logs kept by our providers. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Order records are kept as long as needed for customer support, accounting, and legal obligations. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask to be removed. Technical logs are kept for a limited time by our providers.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, or where required by law.

Email christina@wanderingsweetsoul.LLC to be removed from the Soul Circle waitlist or to request deletion of your information. We may need to keep certain order records where the law requires it.

This site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, please email us and we will remove it.

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may update this policy as the shop grows. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
